The Elusive Search for Fulfillment!

I believe that most of us are tapping into only a very small percentage of our total  potential, and that many of us get so busy and get so wrapped up in just “surviving” that we totally miss our unique calling - our true God given potential...our glory!

The positive and negative experiences of my life; plus my abilities, interests, and commitment to my personal mission have led me to this particular place and time. I am excited about serving as a catalyst and coach for other seekers - to assist them in identifying their unique God given skills; and then to empower, equip, and encourage them to utilize those skills to gain greater fulfillment, results, intimacy, and joy from their lives.

I started my professional career as a sports coach and a teacher, then for the last 20+ years have been helping corporations to design and implement motivation and training programs for their associates. I launched into personal coaching in 2001 and my credentials include: BA in Speech Communications, an MA in Speech Communications, and an MBA. I also have 70 hours of coach training from The Institute of Life Coach Training, and extensive training in the Miller/Heiman “Strategic Selling” process.

-Successful business professionals who are going through major life changes, especially those courageously trying to move from a focus on “success” to a focus on “significance”. Often these people are just starting to think about the implications of retirement and legacy.

-Small business owners struggling to increase their personal fulfillment through their businesses.

-Salespeople who are interested in improving their results and/or their sense of fulfillment with their career.

I have been married to Ginny for 35 years. We have three great kids and four new grandbabies. I believe that the bible is the great instruction manual for life. And I enjoy golf, tennis, hiking, learning, and reading.
